Under the authority of section 10 of the College Act, 1996 and in accordance with

paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to reappoint the following persons as general

representatives to College of the North Atlantic's Board of Governors, for a three-year

term:

a) Peter Adams, effective immediately; and

b) Kevin Kelly, Sam Synard and Chris Newhook, effective April 12,2022.
