Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Industry,

Energy and Technology to pre-commit funds in the amount of $200,000, against its

budgetary appropriations in each fiscal year of 2023-24,2024-25,2025-26 and 2026-

27, to address provincial costs associated with the Atlantic Trade and Investment

Growth Agreement.
