Under the authority of section 672.38 and 672.4 of the Criminal Code of Canada and in
accordance with section 21 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to appoint retired Provincial Court Judge, Colin Flynn,
as Chairperson of the Criminal Code Mental Disorder Review Board, effective from a
current date.
