Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsections 4(3), 4(4) and 4(5) of the Private Training Institutions

Act, section 3.1 of the Private Training Institutions Regulations, and in accordance with

sections 21 and 22 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in

Council is pleased to appoint and reappoint the following individuals to the Board of

Directors of the Private Training Corporation, for a three-year term, effective from a

current date:

Reappointments

a) Ian Stokes, as the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Career Colleges representative;

b) Paul Dube, as community representative;

c) Gerard Duggan, as community representative and Chairperson;

d) Tracy Stamp, as Department of Education representative;

Appointments

e) Serge Cormier, as owner or operator of a private training institution representative; and

f) Jennifer Quilliam, as Department of Finance representative.
