Under the authority of section 40 of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council

is pleased for the Minister of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture to issue a Crown lands

grant to Janice Foster, for 4840m² with a 50.79 meter frontage for the purpose of a

cottage at New Bay Pond, as defined in application CL-158979, subject to standard

terms and conditions for Crown lands grants.
