Under the authority of sections 3 and 4 of the Natural Products Marketing Act and in

accordance with section 22 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to appoint and reappoint the following individuals to the

Farm Industry Review Board, for a three-year term, effective from a current date:

Appointments

a) Darryl Legge;

b) Tammy Pike-Farrell, as Chairperson;

c) Sarah Kennedy, as Vice-Chairperson;

d) Rodney Reid, as representative for the Newfoundland and Labrador Federation of Agriculture;

Reappointments

e) Kevin Harte;

f) Rita Legge; and

g) Donald MacInnis.
