Elections Act, 1991 and House of Assembly Act
Under the authority of section 5.4 of the Elections Act, 1991 and subsection 34(7) of the House of Assembly Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby suspends, with pay, the Chief Electoral Officer and the Commissioner for Legislative Standards, effective immediately.
