Under the authority of subsections 5.5(1) and 6(1) of the Elections Act, 1991 and on the recommendation of the House of Assembly Management Commission, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby appoints Travis Wooley as acting Chief Electoral Officer, effective immediately, with salary fixed at EP-06, Step 1, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to executive to apply.
