Under the authority of subsections 34(8) and 34(11) of the House of Assembly Act and on the recommendation of the House of Assembly Management Commission, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby appoints Ann Chafe as acting Commissioner for Legislative Standards, effective immediately, with salary fixed at EP-06, Step 5, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to executive to apply.
