Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 6 of the Arts Council Act and in accordance with paragraph 21(2)(a) and section 22 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint and reappoint the following individuals to the Newfoundland and Labrador Arts Council, for a three-year term, effective from a current date:

Appointments:

a) Ray Gerard Penton, film representative,

b) Charlene Rumbolt, visual arts representative,

c) David Brown, music representative, and

Reappointment:

a) Don Dunphy, theatre representative.
