Under the authority of section 3 of the Queen’s Counsel Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint, by letters patent under the Great Seal, the following members of the Bar of the Province to be a provincial officer under the style of “Her Majesty’s Counsel learned in the law”:

a) Denis James Mahoney;

b) Kenneth John Brothers;

c) Stacey L. O’Dea;

d) Gary Patrick Mooney; and

e) Beth M.W. McGrath.
