Executive Council
Executive Council Act and Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 6 of the Executive Council Act, section 3 of the
Financial Administration Act, and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to order that in the absence of Ministers from St.
John’s for any period in excess of one full working day, their duties and
responsibilities be discharged on an acting basis as set forth below, effective July 6,
2022:
