Under the authority of section 28 of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Salary and Benefits Tribunal, for a four-year term, effective immediately:

a) Christopher Peddigrew, Q.C., designated by the Minister of Justice and Public Safety,

b) Thomas Johnson, Q.C., designated by the Provincial Court Judges’ Association,and,

c) Stephen May, Q.C., as Chairperson, designated by the judicial nominee and the - ministerial nominee.
