Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit additional funds against its budgetary appropriations in the amount of $1,250,000 in 2015-16 to enable the Department of Transportation and Works to increase the award of a contract to Corner Brook Care Team.
