Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of

Transportation and Infrastructure to pre-commit $75,784 per year (excluding HST),

for fiscal years 2023-24 to 2027-28, against its budgetary appropriations, to facilitate

a lease agreement with Chard’s Construction Limited for 3,542 square feet of office

space in Bonavista.
