Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in

Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture to

issue a Crown Lands grant for approximately 135 hectares to V & J Tectonic Inc. for

a residential subdivision, as defined in application W-142436, subject to: (a) the land

grant being used only for the purposes outlined in the development plan on file with

the Minister of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture; (b) the area of the development

overlapping with the Chute Brook Protected Water Supply Area being excluded from

the grant; and (c) standard grant conditions.
