Under the authority of section 37 of the Mineral Act and in accordance with paragraph

21(l)(a) and section 22 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor

in Council is pleased to make the following appointments to the Mineral Rights

Adjudication Board, for a three-year term, effective from a current date:

b) Roderick Mercer; and
