Prisons Act
Under the authority of section 3 of the Prisons Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council
is pleased to appoint Carlos Spearing as the Assistant Superintendent of the Labrador
Correctional Centre, effective immediately, with salary at step 1 of the HL-23 scale, and
with general salary increases to apply.
