Under the authority of section 29 of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Act, 1992

and in accordance with section 22 of the Public Service Commission Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make the following appointments to the

Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Public Complaints Commission Panel of

Adjudicators, for a three-year term, effective from a current date:

a) John Raymond Whelan, as Chief Adjudicator; and

b) Kathryn Mercer-Oliver, as Adjudicator.
