Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Lands Act, Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased:
 1) to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant of Crown land not exceeding 73 hectares situated at Whitbourne, substantially in the form on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to the Estate of James Garland for the sum of $1.00, subject to those terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of Crown grants;
 2) to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant of Crown land not exceeding 48.6 hectares situated at Ocean Pond, substantially in the form on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to the Estate of James Garland for the sum of $1.00, subject to those terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of Crown grants; and
 3) to revoke OC2003-546.

 OC2003-546 is hereby revoked.
