Provincial Court Act, 1991
Under the authority of section 7 of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the Honourable Robin Fowler, as Chief
Judge of the Provincial Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, for a seven-year term,
effective September 28, 2022.
