Prerogative of the Crown
Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown, The Lieutenant-Governor in
Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be prepared for the signature of Her
Honour the Lieutenant Governor, to summon the Members of the House of Assembly,
following the prorogation of the First Session of the Fiftieth General Assembly of
Newfoundland and Labrador on Monday, October 3, 2022, for the Fiftieth General
Assembly to meet in its Second Session for the dispatch of business on Wednesday,
October 5, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at the Colonial Building.
