Child and Youth Advocate Act
Under the authority of sections 4 and 9 of the Child and Youth Advocate Act, in
accordance with section 4 of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, and on
resolution of the House of Assembly, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased
to appoint Linda Clemens-Spurrell, as the Child and Youth Advocate, for a six-year
term, effective October 25,2022, with salary at an appropriate step on the EP-10 pay
scale, with regular step increases to apply.
