Under the authority of section 28 of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ian S. Patey, designate of the Provincial
Court Judges’ Association, to the Salary and Benefits Tribunal, effective from a current
date.
