Under the authority of subsections 6(2) and 7(1) of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007

and in accordance with paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments

Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Albert

Williams as Member and Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Newfoundland

and Labrador Hydro-electric Corporation, effective from a current date.
