Under the authority of paragraph 22(2)(d), and subsections 26(3) and 30(3) of the

Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint

Arshad Ali Shaikh to the Board of Regents of Memorial University of Newfoundland,

as the Memorial University of Newfoundland Graduate Students’ Union representative,

for the remainder of a two-year term which expires May 18, 2023, and for a two-year

term thereafter, with effect fi-om a current date.
