Works, Services and Transportation Act
Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to permanently close an abandoned
provincial highway near Little Catalina (approximately 7,990 m^), as described in
documents on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, and to forever transfer
administration and control of the subject lands to the Minister of Fisheries, Forestry and
Agriculture.
