Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 5.4 of the Elections Act, 1991, subsection 34(7) of the

House of Assembly Act, section 21 of the Interpretation Act, and on the

recommendation of the House of Assembly Management Commission, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby revokes OC2022-161 and reinstates Bruce

Chaulk to the positions of Chief Electoral Officer and Commissioner for Legislative

Standards, effective immediately.
