Under the authority of paragraph 34(8)(a) of the House of Assembly Act and on the

recommendation of the House of Assembly Management Commission, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby maintains the appointment of Ann Chafe as

Commissioner for Legislative Standards, in a temporary capacity, for the sole purpose

of completing current reports, with such appointment to expire upon delivery of

wntten reports to the Speaker of the House of Assembly, effective immediately.
