Under the authority of subsection 7(2) of the Economic Diversification and Growth
Enterprises Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to designate Fonemed
North America Inc. as an Economic Diversification and Growth Enterprises
Corporation for its expansion project.
