Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Julian Ludmer
as Assistant Deputy Minister, Business and Innovation, in the Department of Industry,
Energy and Technology, effective October 26, 2022, at his current salary and point
scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general
salary increases applicable to Executive to apply. (Revoked by OC2025-337)
