Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of

Transportation and Infrastructure to pre-commit the following amounts against its

budgetary appropriations: $67,500 in fiscal year 2023-24; $81,000 per year in fiscal

years 2024-25 through 2032-33; and, $13,500 in fiscal year 2033-34, excluding HST,

to facilitate a lease agreement with CCA Management Inc. for 2,413 square feet of

office space in Mount Pearl.
