Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of
Transportation and Infrastructure to pre-commit the following amounts against its
budgetary appropriations: $115,751.75 per year in fiscal years 2023-24 through 2025-
26, and $23,467.48 in fiscalyear 2026-27, excluding HST, to facilitate a lease agreement
with Goose Real Estate Limited for 3,965 square feet of office space in Roddickton-
Bide Arm.
