Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of
Transportation and Infrastructure to pre-commit the following amounts against its
budgetary appropriations: $11,900,000 in 2023-24; $13,500,000 in 2024-25;
$7,400,000 in 2025-26 and $5,000,000 in 2026-27, excluding HST, to facilitate the
award of a contract to Marco Group Limited to redevelop the Health Sciences Centre
Emergency Department.
