Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Jeannine
Herritt as Assistant Deputy Minister, Regional Services, in the Department of
Health and Community Services, effective November 4, 2022, with salary at step 22
on the 1500 point scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step
progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
