Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Vanessa
Mercer-Oldford as Special Advisor, in the Department of Health and Community
Services, effective November 4-11, 2022, at her current salary and point scale, with
normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to
apply.
