Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act and the

Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to

restructure the Department of Health and Community Services, effective November

21,2022, to consist of all of those functions formerly within the Department of Health

and Community Services, with seven branches as follows:

a) Corporate Services,

b) Digital Health,

c) Medical Transportation Assistance Programs,

d) Population Health and Wellness,

e) Programs,

f) Regional Services, and,

g) Office of Health Professional Recruitment and Retention.
