Under the authority of section 54 of the Real Estate Trading Act, 2019, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased cause a Proclamation to be issued for the

signature of the Administrator to proclaim into force paragraph 6(1 )(e) and sections

9 and 10 of the Act upon publication of the Proclamation in the Newfoundland and

Labrador Gazette.
