Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Nena Abundo
as Executive Director, Oil and Gas, in the Department of Industry, Energy and
Technology, effective November 21,2022, with salary at Step 21 on the 1312 Point
Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and
general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply. (Revked by OC2026-017)
