Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act and the

Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to

restructure the Treasury Board Secretariat, within the Office of the Executive

Council, to include all those functions formerly held within the Treasury Board

Secretariat, and to include secondary evaluations and non-merit based transactions

formerly assigned to the Public Service Commission, effective immediately.
