Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Seamus Breen
as Assistant Deputy Minister, Corporate Services and Policy, in the Department of
Immigration, Population Growth and Skills, on an acting basis, effective November
24, 2022, with salary at Step 15 of the 1372 point scale on the Executive
Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases
applicable to Executive to apply.
