Under the authority of subsection 22(3) of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Glenn Barnes as Chairperson of the Board
of Regents of Memorial University of Newfoundland for the duration of his current term
of office as a member of the Board.
