Under the authority of section 5.2 of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Judge Pamela J. Goulding and Judge D.
Mark Pike to the Panel of Part-Time Provincial Court Judges, effective October 1,
2022.
