Provincial Court Act, 1991
Under the authority of section 7.1 of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, on the
recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Public Safety, after
consultation with the Chief Judge, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is
pleased to appoint Judge Jennifer Mercer as the Associate Chief Judge of
the Provincial Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, effective immediately.
