Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of

Transportation and Infrastructure to pre-commit the following amounts against future

budget appropriations to facilitate the award of a contract to Pitney Bowes of Canada

Ltd. for the lease of a mail inserter machine at St. John’s: $19,997.85 in 2023-24;

$26,943.24 in each of 2024-25,2025-2026 and 2026-27; and $20,207.43 in 2027-28,

excluding HST.
