Under the authority of paragraph 20(1 )(a) of the Provincial Court Act, 1991 and

nominated by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador,

the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Justice Peter Browne to the

Judicial Complaints Panel, for a three-year term, effective from a current date.
