Financial Administration Act
The Submission of the Minister of Finance respecting Proclamation of an Act to Amend
the Financial Administration Act was considered.
Approval was given for the issuance of an Order in Council, under the authority of
section 25 of An Act to Amend the Financial Administration Act, Statutes of
Newfoundland and Labrador 2022 Chapter 8, to proclaim into force An Act to Amend
the Financial Administration Act, on a date to be published in the Newfoundland and
Labrador Gazette.
