Under the authority of subsections 5.5(1) and 6(1) of the Elections Act, 1991 and

the recommendation of the House of Assembly Management Commission, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Travis Wooley as acting Chief

Electoral Officer, effective December 12, 2022, with salary at Step 1 of the EP-06

scale, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases to apply.
