Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief
Information Officer to pre-commit the following amounts against future budgetary
appropriations to facilitate a five-year agreement with Microsoft Canada Inc.:
$4,151,500 in 2023-24, $5,435,300 in 2024-25, $6,311,000 in 2025-26 and
$6,327,800 in 2026-27.
