Under the authority of section 3 of the Legal Aid Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Board of Commissioners of the Newfoundland and Labrador Legal Aid Commission, effective immediately, for a two year term:
a) Ms. Jacqueline Penney, Chairperson;
b) Mr. Rodney Zdebiak; and
c) Ms. Donna Strong, with remuneration in accordance with paragraph 4(a) of the Treasury Board Guidelines for Rates of Remuneration for Boards, Commissions and Agencies for appointments on a personal basis.
